My sundae was 30 minutes late and was half defrosted

Delivery was over 20 mins late and the cookie dough dessert is just 2 cookies heated up with sauce over it, no gooey chewynees, Just hard, crispy cookies which tasted like grease. Pretty disappointing tbh. Won't be ordering again.

First time ordering on website. Was a little late but was really delicious. Ordered the burger deal. 2 for £6. Nice fresh burgers. Roll was a little soggy at bottom but assume it was with getting delivered and a little cold. Chips were a bit overcooked. Waffles were so delicious and will definitely order again. Would have gave 5 stars if chips were nicer
